When you aren’t feeling great about yourself, everything in life just feels a lot harder.

 

And life is already hard enough, right?

Maybe you are pretty good at keeping it together on the outside, but inside, you feel flooded by thoughts of doubtcritical self-talk, and the constant question of “am I good enough?”  You constantly feel like a mess (but try hard not to let it show)and it's hard to just relax and let yourself be.  It feels exhaustingisolating, and lonely.

The relationship you have with yourself impacts everything. Struggling with shame makes it hard to feel confident & fulfilled in so many areas of your life, and may have started causing problems in relationships, work life, academics, or social life.  It may have even contributed to other problems like anxiety, food & body image issues, people-pleasing, or perfectionism.  You have no problem showing kindness and compassion toward the people you love, but turning that same compassion toward yourself feels nearly impossible.  

Maybe sometimes you wonder if there’s actually something wrong with you.

The good news is: there isn't, and these feelings don’t have to run your life forever.  

This is where I come in.  I work with women to help them understand where these issues began, recognize patterns that are keeping them stuck, and learn how to start trusting themselves again. Life becomes so much brighter (and more fun) when you are finally able to let go of the old stuff that's holding you back & embrace all that you are.
